Shipping Information

Delivery Time

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 2-3 working days
  • Major Cities (Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 3-4 working days
  • Other Cities: 4-5 working days
  • Remote Areas: 5-7 working days

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders above Rs. 5,000
  • Standard Delivery: Rs. 250 within major cities
  • Other Cities: Rs. 200
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM). Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped. Our delivery partners include TCS, Leopard Courier, and Pakistan Post for nationwide coverage.

Returns Policy

Return Period

  • 7 Days Return Policy from date of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • All tags and seals must be intact
  • Original receipt/invoice required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened fragrance bottles
  • Products without original packaging
  • Damaged or broken items
  • Items returned after 7 days

  6. Receive Refund: Refund processed within 7-10 business days after inspection

Exchange Policy

Exchange Guidelines

We offer one-time exchange within 7 days of delivery if you receive a different product than ordered or if the product is damaged during transit. The exchanged item must be in the same condition as received.

Exchange requests for different scents or sizes are subject to availability and price difference. Shipping charges for exchange orders will be borne by the customer.
